What a fantastic night continuing the celebration of our engagement with some fabulous friends of ours ☺️☺️. I was really impressed with everything we ate at Bar Sótano—some of the highlights included the crispy paella, soft shell crab tacos and the chicken thigh dish which I, unfortunately, did not get a photo of. Another vegan option added to the @wagamama_uk menu. Think chicken katsu curry but vegan. Seitan coated in crispy panko breadcrumbs, covered in an aromatic curry sauce with sticky white rice and a dressed side salad.

Whenever in Guadalajara I try to visit my mom’s childhood town of Tlaquepaque. Sunday’s are so much fun because Jardín Hidalgo plaza bursts with life! It’s all about Mariachi, food (so much food) and tequila! After enjoying a good walk around the kiosk you can make your way to El Parian, a complex of several restaurants that look out into a courtyard with a kiosk that features traditional dance, Mariachi and even a fireworks display! Keep an eye out for the electric shock box! Hell of a way to stay awake! 😂

You only get bulky if you train and ~more importantly~ EAT to gain mass. Even then, people still struggle to gain mass and get ~BuLKy~
