I have talked about this before but I think one of the best things we can do for ourselves is eat well 🥬 It doesn’t have to be every day, or every meal, but I think it’s important for the majority of our meals to be well balanced and full of good things 👌🏼 I am a firm believer that taking care of yourself now will save you lots of money at the doctors office later which is why Lucas and I love our new produce delivery box! 📦 We get local produce delivered every two weeks and it has really pushed us to think outside the box when it comes to what we cook and eat each week 🥗 Check out my stories to see what meal we are experimenting with today! 📲
Hoje quero falar de amor, por nós, pelos outros e por tudo que nos rodeia. Uma das coisas que tenho vindo a partilhar com vocês, é sobre o meu crescimento pessoal. E o que tenho vindo a reparar é que o processo de crescimento, ele é contínuo. Ou seja, todos os dias aprendemos algo de novo que serve para o nosso crescimento interior. E, claro, isso requer muito esforço e dedicação. Porque acredito que tudo aquilo que dedicamos, crescer.
Apesar que nem todos pensam assim. Porque para muitas pessoas elas querem tudo pronto, ou seja a papinha feita. Sem ter nenhum esforço. E também existe aqueles que desejam esse crescimento ao próximo, porque acreditam que já sabem tudo e não precisam dela. Por isso quero vos fazer uma pergunta.

Here I am telling you fee tips to make some good habits,
Always choose small habits,
* Make yours habits easy to do & ideally something you can accomplished everyday,For instance writing 20 minutes everyday is more powerful than writing for a whole weekend once a month..
Try to join a tribe,means when you surround yourself with people, who act a certain way, you are more likely to act that way,
Try to work on making the wrong behavior difficult, sometimes removing a negative behavior can do more for your identity than adding a positive habit..

Pueden agregar choclo, palta, cebolla, lo que ustedes gusten.
Mezclar todos los ingredientes y listo. 😋
*No agregó sal porque en casa la evitamos lo más que podemos y la conserva ya viene con sal. ⚠️Con respecto a la edad ideal para Introducir las conservas en la alimentación de los peques es mejor consultar con su pediatra o nutricionista.
Si ya les dan conservas a sus peques, busquen productos de calidad, verifiquen siempre la fecha de vencimiento, los ingredientes, lugar de origen, estado de la lata, etc.

HI FRIENDS!! I fell off my game for a couple days there and all I’ll say is 1️⃣) I’m not the best blogger 2️⃣) unplugging is 100% necessary and therapeutic and 3️⃣) I’ve been struggling creatively and with motivation. I’ve been blogging for about 6 months now and I’m still learning the ropes. Some weeks are better than others and ya know what, that is fine!!! I was in a serious funk for what felt like forever, but today I’m feeling good and that is all that matters. For WEEKS I knew I needed to make a change but to be honest I just couldn't be bothered. I bought @jillianmichaels fitness DVD and did that for about a week before my holiday but was disheartened that I was having to buy size 14/16 clothes to go away in. I had a night out with friends and was crying in the shops because I needed a new outfit as none of my clothes fit me but nothing new suited me - I still don't know how to dress my new body. My Mum ended up coming and dragging me round Tesco, bringing me home, pouring me a prosecco and driving me to my friends!
What actually made me begin was weighing myself (hungover) and I'd somehow managed to lose 1.1kg in 2 days (April 26 - April 28). With a free kickstart like that, how could I say no?
For me, stretch marks were never really an issue until pregnancy. I fell for it and spent about £60 on oils since I found out I was pregnant (plus even more on moisturiser) and guess what? I got stretch marks 🤣 I HATED them, they seemed to get darker and thicker the older my baby got and I couldn't get used to my new body. I remember I saw this and cried; how had I been tricked into hating myself? I remember @the_illustrator_of_curves posted this back in February with the caption "STRETCH MARKS ARE NORMAL" and I had never needed to hear anything more. Thank you 🙌 Now I am learning stretch marks do not define you! And people DO NOT CARE if you have them! So neither should you!

Life definitely likes to throw curve balls at you. I thought my life would go one way and it completely did a 180 on me. I thought I would be a physical therapist and just graduated with a bachelor's in marketing. I thought I would graduate from one university and transferred my last year to a different one. Things can change and it's important to always remember that you need to enjoy the ride and keep going. Just because things change doesn't mean that you aren't successful, it just means that you have changed and your goals have changed and that's okay! Just make sure while you are changing, you always stay happy!
