Falissa + Heather's Donnelly outdoor ceremony was one of the most beautiful ceremonies I've been a part of. There was so much joy, laughter, tears, and love. During the time of their ceremony, there was supposed to be an 80% chance of rain, but it turned out to be a BEAUTIFUL day. Also can we talk about that altar + florals?! 😍 And how freaking cute are hugs right after the first kiss?! 😭♥️ They're becoming one of my fav moments of the day.
Their personal vows were read in front of 20 of their closest family members + friends followed up by a delicious dinner inside their cabin. I feel so lucky to be a little fly on the wall and to experience intimate love filled wedding days like this.
Started to feel better...and then....BAM...:My sciatic nerve is acting up! 😫 Can a girl catch a break?!?! 🤷🏻♀️ Smiling through is all I can do....and a little trash mouth here and there 😳😂🤭 Thanks for all the LOVE and SUPPORT for me and my business! It’s a passion and I adore EACH OF YOU! #thanks#smallbusiness#exit27designs#girlboss#tshirtshop#boise

“Appreciation and self-love are the most important aspects you could ever nurture.” The more we appreciate what we already have, the more we can attract new desires into our life. I’m reading a great book called “Ask and It Is Given” and it is opening my mind to all of the possibilities that are available to us if we just let them be!
Do you guys believe in manifestation?
I personally do. I truly believe if you start to alter the way you think into positive beliefs & start picturing your desires to be true every single day, then the law of attraction will make those desires into your reality.
We all have limiting beliefs inside our heads telling us we can’t do this, we can’t do that because of whatever reasons; we aren’t deserving of it, there’s not enough money in the bank, fear of failure, you don’t know how, what will people think, etc. If these are the constant thoughts inside your head, the law of attraction will only feed those thoughts and attract negativity into your life. But if we can alter our thoughts into positive beliefs, we attract only good things into our life.
Not only can this help you reconstruct your whole life and what you believe to be true, but this is such a healthier way to live! Mental health and physical health are connected and it’s important that we pay attention to that. 💕 .

I did this little Q&A on my stories the other day and the question I got asked the most was some form of “why are you so driven to do bodybuilding?”
It was the only question I didn’t answer because I didn’t know how.
And for some reason I’ve been thinking about it non-stop for 3 days.
As I thought about that question, I realized I can answer it a million different ways.
But what I think I have concluded as the honest answer is vulnerable and little Kaylia over here doesn’t do well communicating her feelings🤷♀️
The answer is the driving factor behind who I am as a person.
There was someone in my life who should have been my biggest support system. My role model.
Instead this person did everything they could to tear me down.
What I remember most about this person was their favorite line... “Kaylia, you will be nothing without me.”
I’ve since buried that person 6 feet under in accomplishments and bodybuilding is another one I WILL add to the list.
We all have different reasons why we do what we do. Why we’re who we are. Why we’re obsessed with whatever our passion is. Some a little more deep than others...
For me, I didn’t learn what drive, hard work, determination, being a good person, being mentally, emotionally, and physically healthy was from the people who should have taught me these things.
Therefore, I lacked these traits most my life.
Every year I’ve matured and enhanced these traits a little more.
Bodybuilding requires me to practice all these things. It requires me to be a better human being❤️
I’m driven to be successful in bodybuilding because it’s one more thing I will accomplish without this person. Being a better human being then this person could ever be✌️🏆
365 sunsets in Idaho☀️the scariest, craziest, loneliest, most exhilarating and fun year so far. Aaaand it keeps getting more exciting! This week instead of watching sunsets, I’m chasing the sunrise! I’m filling in as Traffic Anchor on Good Morning Idaho for the remainder of the week. See y’all bright and early🤩 and thanks, Idaho, for letting me into your homes and TV sets a whole year. I’m just happy to be here❣️
My last two years of high school I worked as an intern at the State Controller’s office. When I graduated my employment with them ended since I was no longer a high school student. So I was looking for another job.
This was back in the days of newspaper “help wanted” ads. So I spent a few days looking through the classifieds for jobs when I came across one that advertised making “up to $100 per hour.” At first I thought it might be an advertisement for something uncouth but I decided to give them a call because, well, money obviously. They seemed a little cryptic on the phone but I still decided to go in for the interview without actually knowing what type of job I would be interviewing for.
When I showed up I discovered that it was a modeling agency. At least that’s what they claimed to be. They were in the worst office of an already terrible location but the guy at the front desk seemed nice enough.
He handed me an application and I started filling it out, I mean I was there already why not fill it out? About 30 seconds into it he asks if I have any modeling experience. I tell him I didn’t and go back to filling out my application. A few seconds later he asks “do you even know how good looking you are? On a scale of 1-10 how good looking do you think you are?” I thought about it for a second and said “7?” He scoffed and said “oh my gosh! You don’t even know how good looking you are! You’re exactly what we’re looking for. A diamond in the rough!”
At this point I start feeling like he might be full of hot air but I also really like the compliments so I decide to believe him. Apparently I’m very good looking, even though looking back he never told me I was better than a 7...
I finish the application and then realize he’s not just the receptionist. This guy is who I’m interviewing with. In fact he is the only person I saw at the whole place. He might run the whole show.
He takes me to an office and about 5 minutes into the interview he says “you know who you look like?” I say no. He spins his computer monitor around to show me a photo of the guy from The Princess Bride.
And that was the first time someone told me that. Needless to say I didn’t take the job.
