Today I did a HIIT (my only form of cardio) & core session, I didn’t get to film it but I finished it off with a quick stretch cause my hips and hammies were so tight from leg day! 😅 I try to incorporate stretching as much as I can into my daily life! I know we all forget about it but I’m trying to be more conscious so older me will thank younger me 🤣
I don’t know what’s worse — when someone tells ME I can’t do something or that THEY can’t do something. 🙄
My day looked like this:
Woke up to tornado-ish weather @ 3 am.
Got to work at 8:06 am.
Started an exam for grad school at 5:30.
Left my office almost 3 hours later, at 8:16 pm.
I’m a lil sneezy, PMSing like FRFR, I’m EXHAUSTED. #EndoCramps are in full effect and my #ic is flaring because #pelvicfloor and stuff.
B U T.
I stuck to my meal plan.
I’m 128 oz of water in.
I had my shake.
And I’m about to press play on a workout.
Because I know what I want.
I know what my goals are.
And I REFUSE to be the only thing standing in my way. YA HEARD?!?! ✌🏻 So lemme just say, if you have the word “can’t” in your vocabulary — cut that shit out NOW! My grandma taught me that a long time ago, and it may have taken 26 years, but it’s GONE over here. 💁🏻♀️ #byefelicia

Após passar algumas semanas indo na academia apenas 2x por semana, por exemplo, você pode passar a ir 3x e por aí vai! 📆 O mesmo vale para a alimentação. Se para a sua realidade é muito difícil comer bem em todas as refeições do dia, então foque em apenas uma (almoço por exemplo). Vamos tentar?!

That is one thing I have been working on greatly is my calves. They are slowly coming in and I train them 2x/week and the other 5 days I can hardly walk LOL. all I can be thankful for is that I don’t have cankles… #thanksmomanddad
I currently love to do barbell or smith machine standing calf raises. Some controversy on doing them fast, pulsating, with no rest orrrrr with a reset on each rep, so you know what I do, little bit of both 😜because what I'm doing is working and they hurt 24/7/365…………… that is all, HAPPY MONDAY ❤️
