If you weren’t consistent enough to give it a fair chance
How often do you think “this isn’t working for me. I think I’ll try something new because it worked for so and so.”
And then you move onto the next latest and greatest approach.
I have a question for you....
Did you REALLY give it a fair chance to conclude that something isn’t working for you?
You have to take the time to give something a fair chance before you completely write it off and think it didn’t work for you...
🙄I know I know... the most basic and overrated tip out there!
🤦🏻♀️But if you are shaking your head right now thinking "yea yea yea, I know I know. That's common sense." Remember that common sense isn't always common PRACTICE.
Listen... nothing worth having happens overnight. Whether you are trying to lose weight, put on muscle, repair your relationship with food or transform your mindset. It’s going to take TIME. And it’s going to take WORK
🙌🏻Make an effort to practice and implement patience. It's not easy to be patient. But it's a skill worth possessing. So make a valid effort to focus on being a more patient person. In all areas of your life.
🚗 If you can focus on being patient when you are driving in traffic, waiting in line at the grocery store, waiting for your piece of equipment at the gym, that's just going to transfer into being patient when it comes to your fitness goals
And lastly... ask yourself this:
How long have you spent getting yourself to the point where you DON'T want to be? It is NOT going to change overnight.
Be patient my friends and give things a fair chance

💥MUSCLE BUILDING DIET/FAT LOSS DIET💥
I see so many guys make this common mistake and you may be too. It's not your fault, there is so much misinformation on the internet and within the fitness industry it is no wonder.
If you are transforming your entire diet and going from eating "dirty" to eating "clean every time you switch from a bulk to a cut,... you're going about it the wrong way.
When you go back and forth from such extremes it makes it very difficult to stay consistent and to have a sustainable approach.
When you are "dirty bulking" you gain too much weight and fat instead of muscle. When you're cutting and restricting every possible food you're miserable and fall off track quickly.
This leaves you skinny fat and miserable, no closer to your goal.
What you need to understand is that in order to build muscle you need a calorie surplus, and in order to drop body fat you need a calorie deficit.
The FOODS you should be eating when you're dieting for fat loss or trying to build muscle should BARLEY CHANGE.
What should change is simply the AMOUNTS of those foods you're eating.
Focus on following a flexible dieting approach of 80/20 (whole foods/"dirty foods") that allows you to get great results without giving up the foods you love.
By staying consistent with a flexible approach you will be able to enjoy your diet and reach your goals faster and sustain the great results you get for long term.

🏝 ocean therapy. I’m celebrating accomplishments. Its easy to get fixated on things and not spend quality mental heath time I’m taking time to reflect on how far I’ve come. Appreciate the journey and all the falls, love who you are, and appreciate how hard you worked. I said I was tired of feeling insecure in a suit. It felt damn good to finally feel comfortable enough to take pictures and post them. So I’m celebrating this personal goal. No matter what your goals are or what you want to do. Take time to celebrate who you are and where you are going. Life is just a small frame in the grand scheme of time.

You don't even realize your training they said. "TELL THAT TO MY CORE!" what was said to us by these two legends coming in for their session today. I think they planked for over an hour (or maybe 1minute) I can't really remember the duration 😝

Tak toto sa mi teda podarilo 😜 Nadychany bezlepkovy korpus z mandlovej a pohánkovej muky, tvarohovo-pudingovy krém, banany a na vrchu slaný karamel ❤️
150g mandlovej muky @lifelikefit
50g pohánkovej múky @biocare_sk
Sladidlo (50g trstinového cukru, 50g erythritolu)
2 ČL prášku do pečiva
1 balenie vanilkoveho pudingoveho prášku
500g jemného polotucneho tvarohu
200g creamcheese light
Sladidlo (erythritol, steviove kvapky @biocare_sk , flavdrops vanilla @myproteinsk )
200g kryštáloveho cukru
100ml smotany 30%
Urobíme si slaný karamel z ingrediencií, na nete je postup 😊Bielka vyšlaháme s cukrom dotuha, pridame zltky a už len rýchlo zaslahame, pridame zmiešane suché suroviny a už len ručne primiešame. Zmes vylejeme do papierom vystlanej a vysypanej formy a dáme piect na 160 stupnov cca 45 minút, kontrolujeme spajlou. Zatiaľ si uvaríme puding podľa návodu, necháme vychladnúť, počas chladnutia miešame, aby nevznikli hrčky, pridame tvaroh, creamcheese a dosladime. Keď korpus vychladne, rozrezeme ho na 3 časti. Na spodnú časť dáme trosku krému, naukladáme na kolieska pokrajany banan, potrieme troskou slaného karamelu a zakryjeme krémom, dáme druhý korpus a postup zopakujeme, prikryjeme posledným korpusom, natrieme zvyšným krémom aj trosku po bokoch. Dáme stuhnúť do chladničky aspoň na 2 hod. Vrch ozdobime slanym karamelom, ozdobime lupienkami mandlí, dáme ešte na chvíľu stuhnúť a papame 😜

Sometimes our eyes can overlook information about a lift that we see in real time, so it helps to back and reexamine. When I watched Rebekah train yesterday, I thought that all of her Snatches were drifting inwards off the floor, when in fact this particular Snatch the bar actually drifted away immediately off the floor.⠀
The bar then drifted back in, but the slightest deviation at the beginning will change EVERYTHING that occurs later in the lift! This was a light enough weight that it didn't affect her, but could possibly be a limiting factor with heavier weights. I'm certainly going to be more mindful of this with her training in the coming weeks!⠀
