“Squat it like it’s hot” 🏋🏻♂️
The squat is a staple in any of my clients programme. No matter what your health & fitness goals are the squat should be a top priority of mastering and continually improving with weight and variations🔥
A front squat is a great variation which can often be overlooked & If you struggle with lower back pain when squatting then maybe give this exercise a go 👊🏻
Here are some benefits of the front squat;
-Builds core strength
-More emphasis on the quads compared to the back squat
-It can take pressure off the lower back
The squat is at the top when it comes to the compound lifts so go and give the front squat a go as a good variation ✌🏻

The bubble action on my #pizza crust was INSANE the other day!! Since sharing pics of my Friday night pizza adventures I’ve gotten a lot of DMs asking for pizza advice for home bakers⬇️
•Use bread flour and really knead your dough to develop the gluten. That’s how you’ll be able to stretch your pizza dough without it ripping (see those wisps of dough inside the bubble... that’s the work of gluten formation!) •Plan ahead and make your dough the night before so that it can hangout in the fridge overnight to develop FLAVOR! Day of baking you want to portion your dough and then let it rest, covered and at room temp for at least 2 hours. Cold pizza dough is sassy and it won’t stretch. •Getting that brick oven color at home can be challenging. Use a pizza stone, or clean sheet pan turned upside down as a base, on the top rack of your oven. Preheat your oven to its max for an hour before baking. And finally, my fave bakers tip: add a pinch of BAKING SODA for each cup of flour in your dough.
