#transformationtuesday I get so much shit from actual friends/family that been in my life for years about my "Body & Confidence Post" some even unfollowed or have slick comments when I see them in person! (Making me feel I should have multiple instagrams 😥) The thing is unless you lived it, you don't know how hard it is to not only find yourself again but LOVE yourself again! I mean i get it you don't want to see me with my shirt off or licking my lips or flexing or half naked, but at the same time if you went through such a drastic change in your life as a person/friend/family/online friends! I would support the fuck out of you and whatever makes you feel confident again! I'm not thirst trapping chicks or looking for extra attention... I'm just real life honestly falling in love with myself again! The way I look, feel, present myself has all changed on major a scale this past year! I'm still unsatisfied, I still have a chest and love handles and things I'm working on, but to go from where I was to where I am and being proud of myself for it! Or how I choose to show myself off! I will never apologize for! The real supporters will be here in the end and to the rest good luck I hope you find happiness in whatever form you want it in! (Even though some won't like this post) I'm still rooting for ya even if you ain't rooting for ME!!! PAPI OUT!!!

It took me years but I am finally totally off all energy drinks!!! They are so bad for you but I was truly addicted to them. Their was not a day I didn’t have 3 or more.
I didn’t have any after surgery and I still haven’t. I am so happy I am finally off of them completely.

Transformation Tuesday. One move, one action, one change, that’s all it takes. Eat some grilled chicken instead of fast food. Run outside for 15 minutes. Drink more water. The little things. Create a habit, and these habits will invoke positive change not just physically but emotionally as well. Don’t expect an overnight transformation, that wouldn’t be fun anyway! Like anything else it’s a process, but look for quick wins - “I ate good today”, “I lost a pound this week”, etc. The satisfaction of quick wins will fuel your drive to keep going. We’re just getting started.
