🥕Carrot Loaf Cake🥕
Carrot cake is my ultimate fav 😍and this is guilt free, full of goodness, really moist and delicious! Top with light cream cheese and sweeten with stevia to make a yummy icing or slice in half and add chia jam 😍
50g spelt flour (could use any flour)
25g coconut flour
1 egg white
150g 0% fat Greek yoghurt
120g finely grated carrot
12 tsp stevia sweetener
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2tsp baking powder
30ml cold water
3 prunes finely diced (could use sultanas)
1️⃣ Weigh it all out and mix together!
2️⃣ Bake at 170c for 35-40mins! Cut into 8 slices!

Често срещано убеждение днес е,че така, нареченото и много нашумяло напоследък здравословно хранене е диетично хранене.
Но в действителност не винаги е точно така!
Здравословно хранене е много обширно понятие и всеки от нас има право да избере какво да включи в здравословния си списък с храни.
За месоядните домашноотгледано и приготвено месо със зеленчуци е най-добрият избор, за вегани и вегетарианци това е недопустимо да присъства в менюто им, и всеки е прав за себе си! Аз асоциирам здравословното хранене с „чисто” хранене ⚠️– без бяло брашно, захар, олио, хидрогенирани мазнини, пържено ‼‼‼ И при все, че моята закуска днес е съставена от пълноценни продукти и е здравословна, тя не е съвсем диетична! Почти 700ккал на едно хранене са много ако човек има за цел да изчиства мазнини!
Аз разделих закуската си в две хранения, а моят призив към вас е – ⚠️⚠️⚠️ Дори и здравословна и домашноприготвена да е храната, която консумирате, обръщайте внимание на общия калориен преим!

The thickest overnight proats 😋
40g oats, 150ml of @ufitdrinks vanilla protein shake, 150ml of water - all done on the hob, stirring continuously until it was nice and thick. Once cooked I stirred in 1/2 teaspoon of cocoa powder and 10g of @maximuscle lean vanilla protein powder. I then put back on the the heat for a couple of seconds.
I poured into a bowl and left to cool for about 10 minutes and mixed in 100g of ff Greek yogurt, and popped in the fridge overnight!
Topped with 80g of strawberries, 40g of blackberries, 10g of dark chocolate chips and 5g of @clarks_it reduced sugar caramel sauce 😍😍 Calories and macros:

Week Three: Day One
I've been feeling quite down lately I'm not too sure whether that is because of the diet or just the little black dog but it hasn't been an easy time!
I didn't eat a lot today because my stomach has been playing up. I still don't know what it is!!! I guess that is why I've not been eating as much as I normally do because I'm not really enjoying what I'm eating anymore. But I can say the stomach issues were never worth it!!! 💩

▫️1-2 T maple syrup
▫️1 tsp of vanilla powder

oaty-oats! 😊 always the best breakfast. especially when you wake up super hungry because you forgot to eat a normal dinner & snack. oops. 😅 oats to the rescue as always! creamy af with all the toppings for a tasty sunday bowl. 🙌🏼 ———————————————————————— Egg white Oats (tutorial in story highlights!) with banana, bluebs, @myfavoriteindulgence maple cinnamon granola, & @projectjuice oatmeal raisin almond butter (12/10🤤)
Seeded coconut porridge soaked over night, had intended to pop in a jar and layer up but it was chilly and grey when I woke so popped it in a pan added more oat milk and warmed to create a creamy porridge.
Topped with choc syrup, the last of the almond butter pot, pecans, home grown blueberries, banana, cacao nibs and a chunk of our raw brownie bites.
Seed mix is pumpkin, sunflower, sesame and flaxseeds. Overnight oats were organic oats, heaped dessert spoon of coconut yoghurt, 1 tbsp of mixed seeds, coconut milk, mixed, covered and left overnight.
We were lucky enough to win a really lovely competition run with @lucy_and_lentils for @itsmadebyleah to illustrate 3 of our recipes! Trouble is we can’t decide which 3 - all thoughts welcome, we know one has to be a porridge bowl 😋
Monday morning is starting a little like this. Delicious bowl of oat and millet flake, mix seeded and coconut yoghurt porridge. Tasty, creamy and topped with mixed berry chia jam, 1/2 a peach, banana slices, dark choc buttons and salted vanoffee cashews. The almond butter goes beautifully with juicy peaches 😋
