More than 10 years ago when I found myself at my heaviest weight - about 25-30 pounds more than I weigh today, I had a goal weight in mind.
I set on a mission to lose the weight and weigh X amount. The only way I would feel success was if I hit the NUMBER. 👆
I dieted, HARD! Tried every FAD and yes there were days I hit that number, but then I would gain 5 pounds back almost overnight! 🤔

New gym gear is the best motivation!
Week 7 into my 24 week workout plans and I can see my thighs and triceps building up. Glutes back and abs will take some time but I'm determined.
While we love the light and simplicity of the white walls we are thinking wallpaper in the dining room. 🤔 The dining room is at the center of the main floor and it feels like the perfect spot for some pattern or texture 🖤

24 jumping lunges
15 air squats
20 side lunges
15 sumo squats
12 Bulgarian split squats (each leg)
10 single leg squat to bench (each leg)
4X for speed and intensity!
Y’ALL I SQUEEZED my quads and glutes so hard during every rep!!! It makes a difference when you are actively engaging your muscles versus just going through the motions, LET ME TELL YOU!!!😱 Also ending with the single leg squats was death...☠️ Have fun!!!

Man this will never get old! My husband found it funny to stretch his seat belt all the way out and say “wow you used to be bigger than this!” 😂 ha yup no more seatbelt extenders, zero leg and arm room for this girl! Mexico here we come ✈️🍹😎☀️🌮🇲🇽
