Resentment blocks abundance and true happiness. Many times something has happened to us and instead of seeing it as a life experience for our soul's learning, we project negative energy towards another person with blame, As if their life goal was to harm us. We can clear resentments and forgive the person for the time we spent together and what we learned. They also learn from us. If we want to have freedom we must choose to forgive others....and then forgive ourselves. Humans are programmed to hold on to everything, resentments, revenge and regret! yikes! whose idea was that???! I am inviting you to let go of these negative emotions from the mind and then they will release from the body. negative emotions store in the body and create illness and dis_ease. When we release them we bring our body into a state of ease. Your mind is the highest technology. Allow me to show you one way how to use it powerfully and compassionately, without ego getting in the way. Ego is a self sabotaging companion and it runs the survival program. we can release that too.
Work on being in love with the person in the mirror who has been through so much but is still standing💪🏾😘💕
Each path we take in life will demand us to endure, overcome and with withstand obstacles if we are going to succeed. It is true then that what is in the way, becomes way.

Motivational Monday: Stop allowing people to pull the strings in your life! Use your voice because there’s power! When people are hurting internally they sometimes will use their words or opinions to bring you down. They have a tendency to project their own feelings of inadequacy on you & they will pour all their mess in your lap; if you let them. People should not be able to hurt us so much with their opinions about us; stop personalizing everything. We have to stop giving up our power to people esp those that are damaged themselves; both parties are losing. Take back your control in operate in the manner YOU were called. People are watching; people who need you and people who you can help are waiting for YOU to show up. Keep doing you. Keep the focus. Block the negativity! You never know who you’re speaking life into. You may never come in contact with them but jewels are being dropped when you operate out of purpose. You don’t know how lives are being impacted simply by having the courage to do whatever you are called to do. Food is fuel. Stop 🛑 letting food be the boss of you. Food should make your tummy feel good. It should make your head feel clear. It should make your insides feel smooth. A #balancedlifestyle isn’t about starving. It’s about fueling your body with nourishment to make you live and feel good. It’s about making memories and enjoying times with friends and family. What have you done today for your health? 🥰Each day we put a lot of stress on our body and demand so much that we don’t give back to recharge physically and mentally🤦♀️..... slowly we get depleted. Logically if stress goes up..... then our self-care has to go up too!!!!!! This is how I coach my clients....So that means more sleep more nutrients more water etc. You can’t expect to keep going and not replenish along the way and then wonder why you’re so tired??????? STOP and THINK what did you do today to replenish yourself. I bet if you list all the things you “got done today” none or very little is to charge your battery. We don’t have a life if we don’t have good health....health should be a priority!!! But people only make it a priority when they get sick....which is ass backwards. Yesterday, I did an end of the week check-in, and I was so surprised at how good I felt afterwards. There was a lot of negativity I didn't realize was weighing me down until I checked in with myself. Once I acknowledged those things, they no longer weighed me down.
Now that I am back to my school year routines, I am going to be adding in these check ins.

So today as I was driving and listening to a podcast about awakening the soul and our inner self. I realized something I’m completely changing into someone I’m proud to be, my thoughts are changing I no longer think the way I use to think. I no longer EAT the way I use to eat. Day by day I’m getting more awaken towards the world we live in. Our pharmaceutical industry( which made me leave a career path I always thought I wanted to do). I know I’m still growing everyday and learning everyday. I’ve never been this in touch with my spirituality and by that I don’t mean (religion) I mean taking care of my soul and my energy. I honestly can’t stress this enough but become more in tone with your soul 🌻 take care of it and your energy. We easily can lose track and get drained by negative energy around us. .

I did receive an unexpected check in the mail today. UPS damaged a antique champagne stand. I reported it to USP and staples, where I delivered my package 📦 Yesterday I was doing a wealth activation meditation 🧘♀️ on YouTube. 📚 Stories of inadequacy & low self-worth? Got em’. ⠀
📚 Stories of comparison? Whole bookshelf full. ⠀
📚 Stories of why I have to be a people pleaser? They are in the encyclopedias. ⠀
📚 Stories of why I can’t be myself? Check. ⠀
📚 Stories of why I feel the need to do the impossible and be perfect? It’s in the fiction section. ⠀
📚 Stories as to why I can’t let go of stories that aren’t mine? Mhmmm. ⠀
Stories. We all have them. Good ones, bad ones, unproductive ones. ⠀
They give us a sense of purpose, belonging, and connection. ⠀
They can be our best friend or worst enemy. ⠀
I think one of the KINDEST things you can do for yourself is to open these books up, read the words on the pages, and choose to let go of the stories that no longer fit you (and maybe never did). ⠀
Then, rewrite those stories. It’s one of the hardest most liberating things you’ll do. ⠀
Stories full of self-worth, self-forgiveness, self-acceptance, self-confidence, and self-compassion.⠀
Stories that are going to guide you to where you are GOING, and not where you’ve been. ⠀
Stories that are going to serve you, give you fulfillment, and a sense of PURPOSE & BELONGING. ⠀

Got all my veggies, fruits and lean meats for the 10 day detox that started today! I’ve spent the summer a little “lax” with my diet so it’s time to get back on track with the whole foods!
