약간의 추진력+적당한 덕후력+남 눈치 안보고 운동하고 싶다는 니즈가 묘하게 섞인 결과
지금의 꽤나 요란한 모양새가 되었고😓
Ver. 1.5정도의 현상황에 이르기까지 방구들을 살짝 깬다거나... 시행착오도 있었고 박스나 체육관 하다못해 헬스장에서 운동하는거에 비해 액티브한 면에서 불편한 부분도 있지만 그 이상 꽤 많은 장점이 있는데,
그 중 굉장히 유의미한 한 가지가 운동이 특별한 이벤트나 의무사항이 아니라 세끼 밥을 챙겨먹고 잠을 자는 것 처럼 자연스러워 진다는 것 이다.

I see this all the time as soon as it gets closed to 90% of one rep max lifters drop their successful lift rate sometimes even below 50%.... the main reason that happens is because they use one technique on their warmup/light weights and as soon as the weight gets heavy their starting to use different technique and thats where all the mistakes happen.
Think about it this way, every weight you do starting with empty bar is a practice for you're 1 rep max lift. You're set up, technique ques, mindset, pull mechanics, speed under the bar and the catch all stays the exactly the same the only variable is power through the triple extension, in this way there is only one thing that changes through you're warmup meaning that by the time you're hitting you're heavier weights you're movement is polished and precise and that will give you more confidence and much higher consistency rate on you're heavy lifts.... try it out and let me know how this tip helped you're lifts.

We're wired to focus on our flaws.
I clean broke a steel plate today doing deadlifts (#3plates ) but after that it was all I could focus on. I felt terrible. The demons start singing.. "Was I careless? Trying too hard? Doing it wrong? I can't believe I dropped the weights. Loser." Its death speak, we do it to ourselves all the time. Focusing on the broken. Dogpiling our failures.
But that's not who we're called to be. Jesus was broken and put on the cross this very day to empower us to throat punch those demons selling us lies that tell us we're not good enough.
Own that. (Also, anyone have a 45lb plate for sale? lol )

We will always come across people full of negativity, but not to worry! We can combat that negativity with kindness! And more importantly, with belief in ourselves and our causes. Peace seems like all that I want right now. But I chose the difficult path, because I felt that something's wrong or missing in my life.
What I've been missing? It could have been things such as venture, experience, adversity, pain, cruelty. On the other hand, I had too much doubt about myself and my parents.
At least I've learned how peace is important. I've learned about myself, and other people. That's the most gain out of my experience. .
I'm a person who is committed to my words. Hate it or not, I will do what I've promised, and I will finish the work that I've started. In the end I will make it happen, and I'll move on for my peace and freedom. It's okay. Life is long.

This week’s work out had been about pushing it until I fail on my last rep—when instead of sticking with the normal 8-10 reps, I keep going until I can no longer perform another rep. So far it’s worked and gained ~5lbs of muscles 💪🏻 #TakingFitnessToANewLevel
Quick 45 min workout before the gym closed with Cameron. Was in a rush so just did a lot of supersets including being over rows t bar rows pull-ups dumbbell row cable row etc
As I did not post yesterday and am aiming for daily posts guess il post two today to compensate.
You can definitely tell I have a back pump vs my anterior chain from deadlifts today😂
So far actually really impressed with how my clean bulk of 3250 calories a day is turning out with my strength increasing weekly and still looking decent
Today took almost an hour to drive to the gym in the snow but got there😂 my footage didn’t come out to great but I was push training.
Bench(90x1 drop-set 80x4 to 70x4 to 60x4)
Bench (60x6)x3 pause reps
Cable flys incline
15kg weighted dips drop set to just dips
Then finished with some hanging leg raises which is all I have footage for today.
Coming Into February comes de-loading my volume of chest training + intensity. Switching to legs. This gives my shoulders time to recover from any strain to prevent injuries but let’s me overload one muscle group excessively per month which I find more beneficial.
