An integral part of the preparation for marathon swimming, there is training in open water. Sometimes water is cold and not comfortable for swimming in a swimwear, for this l use wetsuits protecting the body from cold.

Just a gentle reminder to everyone out there, any change in your body weight is completely normal. Ofcourse do keep a check on your health, and always work towards a better lifestyle but don’t let it define you, never. People will try hard to force their opinions but understand that it’s coming from a place of their insecurity and not yours.
Just look back and think of all the times you didn’t love your body, waiting for it to look a certain way, look what you did to yourself. There’s never a better time than now to love yourself and your body, in sickness and health. 🌸
