FOOD DIARY from today 🍜🥗🥜😍 I didn’t have any plan when I hit the gym in the morning, so I decided to do a full body workout  with all of my favorite exercises 💪🏼🏋🏼‍♀️ I really enjoyed it and I highly recommend it when you’re bored with your current routine or about to lose motivation. It will definitely give you an extra energy boost 🤗 I also decided that today was my last day of cut and starting from tomorrow I will be focusing on increasing my strength and will no longer be eating in calorie deficit. You will see my food diaries with more treats 🍰🍦🍔 My last cut day included in its menu: ⠀
1. 🍎 Breakfast - (right after I woke up) bulletproof coffee. ⠀
2. 🍎 Breakfast - (before gym) egg and egg white muffins with chorizo, broccoli, zucchini, mushrooms red bell pepper topped with cheddar cheese. ⠀
3. 🍎 Post-workout - big bowl of protein oatmeal bowl topped with strawberries, banana, almonds and a piece of protein bar.⠀
4. 🍎 Lunch - basmati rice with Buffalo chicken drumsticks, steamed asparagus and cherry tomatoes. ⠀
5. 🍎 Snack - @womensbest chocolate protein power cookie. ⠀
6. 🍎 Dinner - basmati rice, turkey meatballs with basil and sriracha in herbs tomato sauce and steamed green beans. ⠀
Total of 2’146 calories 📝✅ In addition I had a lifting session today in the morning and I burned 638 calories. It was a great day. ⠀

I know a lot of people ride the hate train with kale, but did you know you can make kale almost instantly more palatable?

YES! It is true! All you have to do is MASSAGE it.
☆
I know, weird right? I swear kale gets more action than me!
☆
But seriously, add a little lemon juice and get your hands in there, and in about a minute you will very literally feel the kale go limp. That is what you want.

And then you just grab a forkful with some carrots, cashews, and spiced yogurt and you’re golden!

4 ingredients + 20 minutes to create one of my staple breakfast recipes 🔥 Baked eggs 🍳 These egg muffins are low carb high protein and fat. Also high in flavour 🔥

👉🏼 Ingredients.
• bunch of asparagus
• 6 free range eggs
• 1 cup frozen garden peas
• 6 pasture raised streaky bacon rashers
You will need a muffin tin. If using make sure it's a high quality 100% made silicone model.

👉🏼 Recipe.
1. Preheat oven to 200c.
2. Steam the frozen peas and asparagus for 2 minutes until soft. Remove.
3. Beat the 4 eggs.
4. Line a muffin tin with the bacon rashers, so they are wrapped round the outside.
5. Add the vegetables evenly in each mould of the muffin tin.
6. Add the beaten eggs to the mould.
7. Put the muffin tray in the oven and bake for 15 mins until set.
8. Enjoy.

These muffins serve 2. You could serve alongside some leftover vegetables or an apple.

Greek Shrimp Salad 🌱🍤
{ This takes just 20 minutes to throw together - so go make some! 🙌}
makes 4 servings 
Ingredients:
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved 
2 medium cucumbers, sliced 
1/2 red onion, sliced thin
1/2 cup chopped Kalamata olives 
4 oz. feta cheese, crumbled 
1 lb. shrimp, peeled & deveined 
garlic powder, sea salt & ground pepper 
1 Tbsp avocado oil, or olive oil 
Dressing Ingredients: 
1 clove fresh garlic, minced 
1/2 tsp dried oregano 
1 tsp yellow prepared mustard 
1.5 Tbsps red wine vinegar 
1/2 tsp sea salt 
1/4 tsp ground pepper 
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil .
Instructions:
Season the shrimp with garlic powder, sea salt & pepper to taste. 
Heat a large saute pan on medium high. Drizzle pan with 1 Tbsp oil. Once hot, add 
shrimp and cook for a couple of minutes on each side or until opaque. 
Toss all salad ingredients in a large bowl. 
Make the dressing by whisking all dressing ingredients.
Add the dressing to the salad and toss once more.
Enjoy!

Chicken-less noodle soup for lunch on this rainy day!🤩 Also the perfect dish for the many of you coming down with a cold this season. Lots of healing ingredients and spices in here, and the beauty of soup is that you can pretty much add anything you need or want and it’ll still come out amazing. 
Feel free to add chopped celery with the rest of the veggies too for a closer rendition of chicken noodle soup, I just despise me a celery so i left out.

Chicken-less Noodle Soup 🍲 - serves 2-3
- 1 and 1/2 cups uncooked pasta noodles (i use chickpea pasta)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 sweet yellow onion, chopped
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- handful sliced mushrooms
- handful spinach or kale
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 inch fresh ginger, minced
- 3 cups vegetable broth
- seasoning: 1 tsp ground cumin, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp sea salt
Method:
Cook your pasta until a few minutes before they’re finished so that they’re still a little hard. About 5 min. Drain, rinse, and set aside.
Then add olive oil to a medium sized pot and bring to medium heat. Add in onion, carrot, mushrooms, garlic, and ginger and sauté until onions are translucent.
Add in your seasoning and your pasta and sauté for about a minute to warm up the spices.
Pour in vegetable broth, bring to a boil, toss in your spinach, cover with a lid, and lower to a simmer. Leave for 5-7 min.
Serve with some fresh black pepper, cilantro, and pumpkin seeds!

BEAUTIFUL AND LAST day of school for the week makes me wanna do a KILLER ab workout!!!!! one of my favorite workouts to create is for my abdominals. BUT LET ME TELL YOU, this workout today made them feel on fire 🔥. 15 each side Oblique crunch w/ weighted plate.
20 leg raise (hold three seconds at the lowest point without touching ground)
50 flutter kicks (holding weighted plate above you)
20 snap jumps
30 crunches on bosu ball 
Do circuit continuous for 10 minutes. Rest 1 minute. Do it again. :)) FYI: I usually do one ab workout a week and I’m gonna have videos coming soon:))) THANKS!

I know alot of people struggle with eating "healthy", I personally think that's because of our mindset as to what healthy eating is, most times we make it seem overly complicated and it's not, it's very simple, it's easy to do and it's easy not to do. Most people issue for staying on track with their "diet" is alcohol and sweets, I will be sharing tips and tricks for solving these issues over the next little bit, so let's start out with a post contributed by my friend @brooke0929 she is awesome in coming up with sweet treats that are quick and easy, this is a good substitute instead of the usual junk food, if you are eating sweets, make sure it has some nutrients 😁anyways enough talking let's eat!

RECIPE:

24 almonds
24 dates
60grams dark chocolate

Stuff the almonds into the dates
Microwave the chocolate and then dip the stuffed dates into the chocolate
Freeze until solid. Store in the freezer until ready to consume
