What changed: Reversed the right photo.
Absolutely smashed his 26 week program, stuck to his nutrition. Trained each day blah blah blah............. Now yep I am taking the piss out of myself and the industry and the millions of before and after photos that are flowing through our social pages each day.
Great marketing I get that. 4/8/12/24/72 weeks the difference and if bob can do it so can you sign up now for $750 and I will change your world and if I can’t then when I get your pictures that are 52 weeks apart I am still going to say it was 8 weeks cause that’s what sells.
But what it also does is cause so much social comparison issues.
90% of the people will look at the picture above analyzing it and trying to see the difference, fault find, what I did right or wrong etc before they even realize I am taking the piss out of myself.
It’s a problem that is starting to cause a considerable amount of mental health issues, depression and is something that is so hard to avoid when you have access to billions of people including the most amazing perfect body’s in the world.
The main issue is you probably follow on your accounts the top 1% of people with the most perfect physiques that have taken 5 years of solid nutrition, training, rest, genetics etc etc. it didn’t happen in 12 weeks. It’s not likely to happen to you in 12 weeks.
I could go on and on but my point is stop comparing yourself and your training and nutrition to all these before and afters or models or bodybuilders or whoever.
Everyone is different. What you can achieve in 12 weeks is going to be different to every other person on the planet, some will be able to lift more others will burn them self out, some will increase more muscle others will lose muscle some will lose inches from their stomach some will increase because they are that stressed about the whole process.
BE YOU, DO YOU, COMPARE ONLY TO YOU AND STOP GETTING CAUGHT UP IN THE “MYSTICAL LAND” OF SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING.

Today marked the 23th years you left, I lied if I said I'm not gonna cry because I cried when I wrote this.
I'm not gonna write a cheesy line about your kindness or anything, I wrote enough of that. You are my role model, we have lots of similarity in every way and I'm sure I will surpassed you in every aspect. So just sit tight and relax there, watch me as a I grow and be someone you can be proud of. Love you Dad 💓💓.
I always get upset that my dad plans out things to do in MY city instead of taking my suggestions (I do know a lot of restaurants, and even keep a list of every single one I've tried, after all!), but the truth is, he find places I don't. Years ago, he introduced me to Baked, where I now get my favorite cupcakes. He took us to Lan Zhou, one of the best places for dumplings in the city. And he discovered this hole-in-the-wall shop that sells dangerously addictive jerky for $11/half-pound.
Hi, I’m Vesna. I’m not a public figure. I’m not an influencer. I’m a mother blogger. I’m a country bumpkin who loves Wiltshire & rural Bosnia. I’m a mother of boys, wife of a space scientist. Boys fart & they’re smelly. Boys love so hard & are so honest. Too honest. Same here! 🙋🏻♀️ I am a kindness fighter, with a British Army sense of humour. I’m a mental health fighter. I hate any kind of stigma, discrimination or prejudice. I don’t live in London and I don’t have a fashionable home. My three best friends are my two Dysons and my Vax carpet cleaner. Oh, and bleach. I like bleach. I support small businesses & organic farmers. I don’t like word “inappropriate”. Why is something inappropriate? Racism, ageism, fatism, skinnyism, sexism...don’t have ANY time allocated in my life, nor place, nor space. I like kind people & kindness moves me to tears. If you are looking for Insta perfect, you won’t find it here. This is just an expat, mother, wife, writer & as we Serbs say, I have no hair on my tongue; I say it as it is. Thanks me darlings. I love following your stories & lives. Some of you truly brighten up my days. Love, Vesna xxx
Daddy and Andy wearing matching outfit in the wood 🌲
These hoodies and beanie matching set are from @caledonclubclothing, an up and coming fashion brand started by an awesome mum called Karlie, she designs all the clothes herself which is cool but the reason I think she's awesome is because with every dad/son set sold she donates £5 to London based charities @redthreadyouth and @gritcharity. 💕
We will be doing a give away next week, a matching set the same as Daddy and Andy are wearing here, and a pair of t-shirt. So stay tuned for a chance to win and in the mean time check out her collection. 🎉
