Nutrition check in. Sitting around 124lbs currently, lowest my body weight has been in a while. Not necessarily a good thing, more so indicative of the muscle mass I’ve lost during the time off. I’m not a big fan of traditional “bulks”, so the only change I’ll make is upping my protein intake by 10g and my carb intake by 20g to start. Remember there’s an upper limit for how much lean mass you can put on per period of time. When bulking, 100% of the extra calories WILL NOT go towards building muscle, some get stored as fat. In order to minimize fat gain, the surplus needs to be mild.

If you want to get big but you feel stuck and aren't making any progress, then start eating more. If you're not eating enough, nothing will happen.
You have got to be on a calorie surplus if you want to grow.
But there is no need to eat a lot of junk food just because you're bulking. Keep eating high quality food, but now instead you should eat a lot more than usual.

It was the final Tuesday X Training for Core Fitness...... for now. .
I launched this baby 18 months ago and it has been the best bloody adventure. Starting with 8 gorgeous ladies and now have around 40 woman who come and go. .
I am so glad I stepped out of my comfort zone and followed my gut (and my passion). One of my favourite quotes is “If you can’t stop thinking about it, don’t stop working for it” .

Personally - the first one WAS my greatest weakness and excuse!
That may come as a surprise but my confidence suffered when I started to gain weight. I just didn’t feel like myself A LOT of times.
If you know - then YOU KNOW. It becomes a vicious cycle!
Fast forward to this last month or so… I don’t even know that my physical appearance has changed all too much. I am taking a healthy SUSTAINABLE approach **NO crash diets here** BUT My MENTAL outlook is like a brand new person!
Yeah I still have my moments but it’s incredible that I actively catch myself if I enter that negative self talk spiral and reassure myself to **Trust the Process** Sincerely, ... a gal focusing LONG TERM to become the person I’ve always wanted to be and not letting little fears, doubts, insecurities, and lame excuses hold me back!
