The push press is one of the best strength exercises that needs to be added to your routine❗️
The push press is an explosive fully body movement, working both the upper and lower body. 
_

What makes the push press unique is the fact that it allows you to train for power, by generating force from the ground up. If you are not training for power in the gym, you are limiting your strength potential. Strength=Power.

_

The push press is performed by beginning with the bar at about shoulder height, and feet engaged with the floor. ✅The movement is performed by dipping to generate lower body power, and then explosively driving your feet into the floor, powering the bar up, allowing the upper body to complete the movement. 
Slowly control the bar back down to the starting position and repeat.
☑️Remember- this is an explosive movement and so your tempo should be explosive, meaning, as quick as possible without .

@linnlowes -  YOGA BALL BURNOUT 🔥 Jeezez. You have to try this either as a finisher (1 set each) or as a circuit (4 set of each). It’s so challenging and FUN! 😄💪
▪️ Laying Hip Abduction. This is so freaking hard!! You have to push your leg back, is gonna feel as you’re doing a kickback and pausing in the top position 🔥 to keep the ball from not falling down and at the same time working with your glutes to roll it up & down.
▪️ Single Leg Squat. Lean back against the ball and push push push! Just a few reps on this and your legs will be on fire!
▪️ Hamstring Curls (on ball). Keep your hips up from the floor and roll the ball in and out from your body. Even your core will do some work here!
▪️ Glute Bridge (on ball). Push your hips up and squeeze your glutes and at the same time keep balanced using your core. 🔥🔥
▪️ Split squat (on ball). Place your hand on something to keep your balance. Don’t hold onto something just a slight touch to help wit the balance. Roll the ball in and out from your body at the same time your squatting your front leg.
▪️▪️▪️ As many reps as you can on each exercise!! If you can do 20reps per exercise you’re a freaking champ!! Up for the challenge? Let’s go go go!! 🙌💕

Ano i já se připojuji k ukázce aktuální formy už dlouhou dobu bez jakýchkoliv látek v sobě 😀💪 forma žádná ale nějaký ten sval tam je ... (SNAD) 
Trochu jsem se nechal inspirovat jedním pro mě velkým kulturistou který ví co říká a má hodně co nabídnout tomuto sportu @jiri.vacek.bodybuilding.coach 😉 
Proto jsem i zastáncem toho názoru že kluci co nemají žádnou dobu na pročištění těla, žádný detox ... a tím pádem nemají vybudován žádný vlastní svalový základ ... No jak to jen říct ... Asi jen to že je tu něco špatně 😉

GUYS this leg day was pure 🔥. 1️⃣ The gym finally got a deficit platform which I had to use for some stiff legs❤️ So far on this plan this was my favorite leg day!! I struggled because I’m fighting a sinus infection which makes my lifts tough due to not being able to breath normal; but none the less I killed it, and left the gym barely able to walk. I’ll be walking funny for the next few days 😂🔥

Всем привет, мои хорошие❤ 
Хочу с Вами поделиться своей историей о том, как я смогла за 2 недели похудеть на 7 кг. ▪
▪
Ребят, у меня цель - не похудеть, а снизить процент жира и увеличить процент мышц. Я не сижу на диетах, я на правильном питании. 
До 18 лет я кушала все, что только нельзя (фастфуд, сладости в неограниченном количестве и так же приветствуются вредные привычки). Как я решила, что хочу перейти на пп?
Все очень просто: проблемы со здоровьем, телом (пострадал мой организм, лицо и мои шикарные длинные волосы). Перешла на правильное питание постепенно, избавляясь раз в неделю от того или иного вредного продукта. 
Начала пить больше воды, кушать фрукты и пить таблетки для иммунитета (Wellness) 
Так же я отказалась от жареного, еду начала варить в мультиварке на пару. 
Кушаю 5 - 6 раз маленькими порциями, не переедаю. 
Простые советы от меня: 
1. Кушать, но главное выбирать полезные и здоровые продукты. 
2. Пить. Часто нам кажется, что мы голодны, когда на самом деле организм просит воды. 
3. Меняй привычки. 
Больше двигайся, занимайся спортом и пей больше воды. 
4. Находите полезные замены сахару( для меня пожалуй самый тяжелый пункт, так как без сахара я не могу) 
Банан, сухофрукты и фрукты - сладкая альтернатива сахару. 
5. И что самое главное, забыть слово ДИЕТА! 
Это краткосрочное ограничение, не более. ▪

Как вы поняли, я не сидела на диете, просто исключила со своего рациона вредную еду, кушаю 5 раз маленькими порциями. 
Знай, ты можешь сказать, что у тебя плохая генетика, плохой обмен веществ, а можешь просто поднять свою задницу с дивана и начать работать над собой, поставить цель и верить в себя. И ты обязательно добьешься успеха❤

Ребят, я не врач и не диетолог, я написала о своем опыте. Знайте, у каждого человека разный организм и перед тем как что-то делать, проконсультируйтесь у врача.
