Let’s talk a little bit about training smarter. The bar I’m using in this video is a safety squat bar. Specialty bars are a must have for a gym, any gym for that matter. The reason is it allows us to train while working with limitations. For example: if my shoulders were so tight that putting my hands into position with an Olympic barbell creates pain or at some point throughout the movement makes for poor mechanics, I’ve got a problem. So while I’m implementing the proper procedures to deal with my shoulder limitations I can use a speciality bar in order to still train my legs and not lose any headway in that area while trying to rectify another. Fact or fiction? This is true - in theory. Genetic tests which show the risk of a person developing illnesses such as cancer or dementia are to be sold to patients by the NHS. The test is already given free to the seriously ill but, under new plans, it will be available to others at an estimated cost of a few hundred pounds. This month it was #WorldCancerDay and this is great news worth celebrating!
The measure is also a way of collecting more data, which is still required in order to improve the accuracy and value of the tests. NHS researchers have reached their goal of sequencing 100,000 whole genomes of patients suffering from cancers and rare diseases, but they want to do more by sequencing 5 million genomes of healthy people. At the moment, the results may not provide a percentage of risk or straightforward prediction. This is why regular health checks of several key factors (BMI, blood pressure etc.) is the best way to monitor your health, so you can act on even the smallest changes.

AMRAP - This mode of training requires you to push yourself to do as many reps or rounds as possible within a certain time limit, with rest in between rounds. This is a full body HIIT session so the exercises should reflect that by targeting all of the major muscle groups.

This left me completely shattered and feeling like Bambi! Main benefits are great muscle conditioning while burning off that stubborn fat at the same time! 😤👍

Let’s talk about arm strength.
Most women neglect working out their arms because they fear of getting big and bulky. This is not the case. Personally I do not have much arm strength due to doing ballet and neglecting them all of these years. I have, however have been working them out twice a week. (You have to start somewhere😂💪) Anyways, overall working out your arms/back can help with your overall proportion.

So I went on a hiatus this weekend to spend time with my sister for her birthday and my oldest daughter. Having four kids, it gets very difficult to spend individualized time with them, so it’s my utmost duty to do that. This weekend was dedicated to two girls whom I love dearly. With that being said, I jumped on the scale this morning and I’m proud to say I’m down 10lbs! This is a huge deal for me because I’ve never actively tried to lose weight and succeeded (by the scale anyways). In no means am I defining my success by the number on the scale, but it feels damn good to see those numbers go down! This is just the beginning! 💋

☕️🐟🥚1-2 часа - вода, чай, кофе, какао, бульон, молоко, яйца(всмятку), рис, рыба речная (отварная).
🥔🥖🐋2-3 часа - яйца(вкрутую), омлет, рыба морская (отварная), отварной картофель, хлеб.
🐓🐄🥦3-4 часа - курица и говядина(отварная), ржаной хлеб, яблоки, морковь, редис, шпинат, огурцы, жареный картофель, ветчина.
🥜🥩🦢4-5 часов - бобы(фасоль, горох), дичь, сельдь, жареное мясо,макароны.
🥓🍄5-6 часов - грибы, шпик.
Старайтесь не есть за 3-4 часа до сна. 
Если придерживаться принципам и не есть пока в желудке есть пища, то вы сможете не только похудеть (основано на не переедании), но и сохранить здоровье ЖКТ. Постепенно желудок уменьшится в размере , а привычка не переедать останется с вами❤️
