@lisa.marie.holmes and I recently switched to a plant-based diet. During the day I’ve swapped out solid meals for healthy juices and Lisa’s teas. I’ve had problems with insomnia and stress management in the past and I find a healthy diet helps keep my mental health in check. This may not work for everyone, but it works for me! What do you do to keep your body feeling healthy?

🍃السؤال المهم .. هل كل شخص يتبع نظام فيجن = صحي ؟؟ أكيد لا .. لان يعتمد على نوع الأكل ( مثال الجهة اليسار) إذا كان معظم أكله مقالي ودهون وكربوهيدرات مكرره ويفتقر للخضار والفاكهة، فرح يتحول من شئ صحي لشئ مضر بالصحة .. ومو كل منتح نشتريه مكتوب عليه "فيجن" يعني صحي، لان ممكن تكون نسبة السكريات والدهون فيه جدا عالية،.... ما في مانع من تناول هذه المنتجات أو تناول الفرايز بين فتره وفترة ... ولكن النقطة الأهم انه يكون معظم النظام مبني على الأطعمة الكاملة والنظيفة والغير مصنعة.

افزایش قدرت

تمرین هایی که قدرت عضلات را افزایش می دهد و از ضعیف شدن عضلات جلوگیری می نماید اصولاً به سه گروه تقسیم می شوند.

۱ – تمرینات ایزومتریک : در این تمرینات نیرو به بدن اعمال می شود بدون آنکه مفاصل و اعضای بدن حرکت نماید، مثل آنکه با دست به دیوار فشار وارد نماییم.

۲ – تمرینات ایزوتونیک : در این تمرینات نیروی ثابتی به بدن وارد می شود و اعضای بدن این نیروی ثابت را در بدن جابجا می کند . مثل تمرین با وزنه یا قرار دادن وزنه روی شانه و نشستن و برخاستن با آن.

۳ – تمرینات ایزوکنتیک‌ : در این تمرینات نیروی ثابت به بدن اعمال نمی شود بلکه حسب موقعیت بدن نیروی متناسبی به بدن وارد می شود و در عوض سرعت حرکت اعضای بدن بطور ثابت صورت می گیرد.

در حقیقت کار کردن برای افزایش قدرت یعنی کار کردن با وزنه به صورتی که عضلات تحت فشار قرار گیرند . البته تمرینات ایزوکنتیک شاید بهترین روش باشد ولی دسترسی به وسایل آن مشکل است . اما روش ایزومتریک بدون کمترین وسیله خاص و روش ایزوتونیک با وسایل ساده تر قابل اجرا است . انتخاب نوع تمرینات بر حسب نیاز و امکان دسترسی به وسایل صورت می گیرد.

A super tasty and delicious dish that presents really well. Fast to make and really full of flavour. We serve this with wholemeal couscous but works great with noodles 
Serves 4 - Takes 15 minutes

2 tbsp oil
1 thumb-size piece of ginger
3 cloves garlic
4 scallions
1 red chilli pepper/1 teaspoon chilli flakes
300g firm Tofu
Tin of chickpeas / butterbeans
1 courgette
1 red pepper
200g wholemeal couscous/200g noodles (4 nests)
1 teaspoon salt (a pinch more if making couscous)
1 x 400g tin of light coconut milk
2 tablespoons tamari
1 tbsp maple syrup
juice of 1 lime
1 tsp salt
3 tablespoons almond butter
150ml boiling water (to mix with almond butter)
2 tablespoons curry powder
handful of baby spinach

Ideas to garnish:
fresh coriander
chilli flakes

Peel and finely chop the ginger and garlic; and finely chop the scallions. Finely slice the chilli, removing the seeds if you don’t like it spicy. Chop the tofu, courgette and pepper into bite-size pieces. Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
Boil the kettle for the couscous / noodles. If making the couscous, pour it into a bowl and add in a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of oil, then mix through. Pour the boiling water over the couscous until the water level goes just above the top of the couscous and leave to sit for 5 minutes with a plate on top. If using noodles instead, cook as per instruction on the back of the packet, then drain and rinse.

“Would having slimmer thighs actually make your life better? Would all that effort and sacrifice really pay off?”

The surprise and uncertainty on her face told me that she had never considered that. 
She hadn’t considered that the “perfect” body we are conditioned to desire comes with consequences.

She hadn’t considered that changing her body to fit the mold wouldn’t even yield a “net positive”.

I’ve tested that theory. I’ve done the “no days off”, tunnel vision thing.. and guess what? I was even LESS happy than before.

Because at the end of the day, we’re all just looking for PERMISSION to embrace what we already have. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We all want to be able to just ENJOY this body we live in.

So when I told her this one sentence:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ “there’s nothing wrong with having thick thighs”
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
... it was like I turned her world upside down.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
She had never considered the option to just EMBRACE her current body. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And that realization changed her life.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
That’s not to say that I’m anyone special or that it was ONLY me who could deliver that message. I just happened to be the one who delivered that truth to her. Right place, right time.

It’s also not to say that you CAN’T have physique goals. But they shouldn’t stem from a lack of self-acceptance or a belief that changing your body will change your mind.

So please consider that you’re perfectly imperfect, just the way you are.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Consider that evolving your mindset and relationship with yourself might be what you need, not changing your body.

Consider that you don’t NEED to change, but you CAN if your heart + mind are working together ❤️

🍄🍄 CHAMPIÑONES RELLENOS DE QUINOA🍄🍄

INGREDIENTES: 120 gr quinoa,6 Champiñones grandes (dependiendo del tamaño), 6 Cebolletas, 1 Dientes de ajo, Cayena molida (si te gusta un poco picante) , una pizca
Pimienta negra, Sal, Queso light rallado para fundir al gusto (de buena calidad),Perejil fresco o albahaca, Aceite de oliva virgen extra. . . 
RECETA:
. . 
Lavamos la quinoa muy bien con agua limpia, hasta que no salga turbia, y escurrir. Ponemos al fuego sin aceite a temperatura media, removiendo bien, durante unos 3-4 minutos, para tostarla un poco.
Ponemos a calentar una olla con abundante agua con una pizca de sal. Calentar hasta que llegue a ebullición y cocemos a fuego medio durante unos 15 minutos, para quejarla al dente. Rápidamente, escurrimos sobre un colador y la enfriamos extendiéndola en una bandeja o fuente fría.
Picamos la cebolleta y el diente de ajo. Los ponemos a dorar con un poco de aceite en una sartén. Añadimos la quinoa, salpimentamos y echamos una pizca de cayena y las especias qye nos gusten. Reservamos. 
Precalentamos el horno a 200ºC y lavamos los champiñones. Quitamos el pie y sacamos la parte del interior con una cucharilla, con cuidado de no romper la base. Guardamos la carne que hemos vaciado para otra preparación -una tortilla, por ejemplo-.
Colocamos los champiñones en una fuente cubierta con papel de aluminio o de horno, con un poco de aceite, y rellenamos con la quinoa. Horneamos 5 minutos y agregamoa un poco de  queso rallado y una pizca de pimienta. Continuamos con el horneado unos 15-20 minutos, hasta que estén al gusto.
Los champiñones se pueden comer crudos así que el nivel de cocción dependerá de la preferencia personal. Si nos gustan muy hechos podemos esperar a poner el queso 10 minutos, para que no se tueste demasiado. Decorar con perejil o albahaca picados y listo! A DISFRUTAR! ❤️

TRANSFOMATION TUESDAY!💪 I never thought at this point in my journey would I be able to do a transformation Tuesday! 1 stone 1 pound down and I am starting to notice changes in my body! The first picture was just before a girls holiday at the airport seeing these pictures realised I had to do something about my weight! The week after I came back off this holiday I started slimming world and I have not looked back since🙌 the second picture is very recent starting to feel more confident in myself and more me again🥰

Recipe: olive oil for frying, red and yellow peppers, 2 small red onions,  1Tblsp garlic,  1tsp cumin,  1tsp red chilli flakes(add more if needed), salt and black pepper for taste, 2 grated tomatoes,  and 4 eggs. 
Method: sauté the red onions in olive oil until translucent. Add garlic,  spices, and peppers and sauté for  3 min or until the peppers have softened.  Then add the grated tomatoes and cook on medium heat for about 8 min. Adjust the seasoning to your liking.  Lastly,  using a wooden spoon make 4 indentations or wells in the mixture and gently crack an egg into each well. Reduce the heat and close the pan until the eggs are set.  Uncover and add fresh parsley or coriander.  Serve with fresh pita or toast! 😀 #cuisine #love #foodie

▪️Pour ceux qui n’avait pas compris pourquoi cela fait presque une semaine que je n’ai pas posté sur les réseaux.
▫️J’ai été hospitalisé en urgence jeudi soir pour une péricardite ( inflammation de la membrane autour du coeur ).Je suis de retour chez moi depuis hier.
▫️J’ai 1 mois d’arrêt de tout exercice physique et donc de repos total. 
Meme si ce n’est pas évident pour moi, je compte bien revenir plus fort que jamais et je vais profiter de ce repos pour emmagasiner encore plus de nouvelle connaissances. •
