An outtake from earlier where i was trying to capture the soap I was cutting and Eartha couldn't resist a little peek! I wouldn't change this working mama, homeschooling crazy life juggle for anything! Yes I'm nearly always tired, my working hours are long and spread out from morning till night and I'm over stretched in what can feel a hundred different ways. But getting to cut soap with my little one telling me about the flowers she just found in the garden, or to take a break and craft together or have Zion help me pack up orders in the studio or to stop and do a science experiment together knowing I can pick up from where i left the studio later on, Is just the very best. Growing this business is very important to me but my promise to myself is that it will always have our home and children at the heart of it.
Happy Aloha Friday! Just 2 games of dodgeball stand between me and the weekend. Yes, you read that right. We play dodgeball. #airforce
I incorporate a lot of fluid media into my artwork. Epoxy resin, acrylic pouring medium, and inks of all kinds lend themselves really well to creating watery oceany artworks.
When I first started using pouring medium and resin there were no videos out there on fluid painting. I kid you not! Actually there were 2, but both very different uses to how I wanted to use it. So, I tried using it in as many ways as I could think of. Pushing the medium as far as I could (and maybe setting the occasional piece on fire 😆🔥) I experimented, documented my successes and I documented my failures, so that I’d be able to recreate the exact effect again and again.
I love it when someone tells me my art makes them feel like they are right there at the ocean. That they feel as though they can reach out and touch it, or almost hear the waves, or smell the salty air.
In just a few years, fluid art had become incredibly popular and it seems everyone wants to try it out. Now there are hundreds of videos and tutorials, maybe thousands! I’ve taught a few acrylic pouring medium workshops, and they are so fun, but tonight is my first epoxy resin workshop! I can wait to share some resin magic with the workshoppers. I may have made up that word.
Have you tried fluid art yet?

Okay I need to know...what motivates you? Is it organizational office supplies, calming pictures, plants, lighting? Tell me about your babe cave and what makes it so great!
I personally love a clean, organized desk, moderately lit room, with pictures (personal and landscape) and PLANTS. Fun fact: I have 8 fake plants in my office at work 😆 If I can’t get my work done under a tree, I’ll bring the greens to me 🌿🌴🌱🎍🌿
Lesson $NVDA bounce play
After you have chosen the best potential plays based on catalyst, premarket action and volume it’s time to study the support resistance levels.
Based on the price action at the market open you will have to know/ remember the support and resistance levels to make sure you get the best possible entry and confirmation.
If the stock opens with a strong price action you don’t want to jump in blindly but wait for the break of a resistance level, the first pullback, wait a bit if it shows signs of holding the level and then enter the position with tight stop loss
$NVDA signaled weakness already premarket and confirmed the weakness at the market open. But any direction opens the window for opportunities. If you have studied the support resistance levels before market opens you would know that it has a big chance for a bounce at $157. These kind of trades are only for a short term bounce quick profit taking and tight stop loss.
Example position: 1 call option $157.5 strike for $160. Stop would be a $40 loss. If you hold to next resistance level a profit of $150 was possible.

Throw lines are the texture made by one’s fingers as a pot spins on the wheel. For those with a trained eye and touch, those lines speak volumes about how a pot was made (pressure, wheel speed, skill). When a fellow potter meets a mug for the first time they’ll most likely flip it over to look at its base, then get to know those lines. It’s like our secret clay handshake. ✋🏻✋🏼✋🏽✋🏾✋🏿
