happy saturday guys! Just wanted to have a little bit of a real talk time on here... Yesterday I honestly had the crappiest workout I’ve had in a long time. & I mean HORRIBLE lol 😂😩🙈 No motivation, but I tried to push through and it just got worse and worse... I was lifting much lighter weight then normal, but yet I was feeling like it was so heavy and I was struggling which made me feel really discouraged. Then I completely embarrassed myself because I was racking my barbell with 45s on each side and I missed the rack and then it fell and made literally the biggest noise. So embarrassing. After that I just was so done and felt awful. But, not every workout is going to be a bomb one & I tired to remind myself of that yesterday when I was at my breaking point. Sometimes we just have those days. Everyone gets them. Tomorrow will be better ❤️ anyways, I just thought I would share that lil situation with you guys incase any of you are feeling the same and felt like it was just you who feels like that. TRUST ME it’s not just you!! Keep pushing and moving forward 💪🏻 the crap days make you stronger, so take a breath & have a moment, but make sure you don’t carry it with you. Keep being strong babes!✨ .

Had an absolutely Amazing weekend so far just relaxing having fun & didn't go hard in gym this weekend after a big week of heavy lifts so giving body a break as we all need to know when we are pushing ourbodies to hard and to take a break/restday.

2 col sopa cheias de farinha de amêndoas ou de outra oleaginosa (amendoim não se encaixa)
1 col sopa de farinha de linhaça ou psyllium

Mistura tudo com uma espátula. Até formar uma massa mole, grudenta, abra em assadeira com assa fácil (dover) ou tapete de silicone, mais fácil para não grudar. Se não tiver, unte a assadeira com azeite. Leve para pré-assar em forno 200 graus por 10 minutos. Retira, recheia e volta para o forno por mais 10 minutos. Rende 1 pizza brotinho. .
