Yesterday, I spoke about being a trailblazer by carving out your own path. Today’s quick thought is a jumping off point of that.

What Kurt is saying here is that we must not be afraid to push yourself by being open to try new experiences whenever they present themselves. Essentially, you should take risks (calculated risks). I know you are probably waiting for me to add in my disclaimer/cautionary note. Well, this time I am going to pause on that for just this time. I know shocking, right?!

It is just that sometimes, you need to jump headfirst/throw yourself into a project, even if you don’t know where it is going to take you. And guess what? That is okay because you need to shock your system occasionally, like this because it is an opportunity where you’ll learn as you go. Now sometimes you may get the results you want and other times you may not, but in the end, it is a learning experience that you can take with you.

Remember it is okay to take risks (calculated risks) because there are chances where you can develop skills, sharpen old ones, and maybe even get an amazing result that can change your life.

Bien pues aquí os dejo 5 ejercicios básicos para trabajar el glúteo de forma completa.

1. Hip thrust : trabaja el glúteo de forma concéntrica. Con este ejercicio podemos poner bastante peso y así aumentar la tensión mecánica.
(6-15 reps)

2. Pull through: ejercicio de gluteo que ayuda a trabajar el estrés metabólico. Importante a la hora de trabajar hipertrofia y ganar masa muscular. (15-20 reps)

3. Sentadilla: trabaja el glúteo de manera excentrica.(6-10 reps) .

4. Lunge: al igual que la sentadilla se trabaja el glúteo de manera excentrica. Es un trabajo unilateral. Es importante añadir trabajos unilaterales en todas nuestras rutinas.
(6-10 x lado)

5. Frog pump: igual que el pull through es un ejercicio de gluteo que ayuda a trabajar el estrés metabólico focalizando el gluteo (20-25reps)

Haven't straight bar squatted in a while and the Kabuki squat bar just came in so I basically HAD to test it out. Worked up to an ok 505lb, shitty walkout aside. Being so much lighter makes squatting feel a lot different. Bunch of kettlebell shit after that.

It's been two weeks since I last checked in!  Seems like things are going in the right direction! In 2 weeks I lost 4.3lbs!! Excited for sure. Body fat went down almost 1% happy on the account my diet hasn't been awesome. So excited to finally be on the right track.

This is an example of a leg strength and leg hypertrophy workout that would fit into a push/pull/legs routine. The leg hypertrophy day is essentially the same workout I would recommend on an upper/lower split but the major difference is on the strength day. I did not include conventional deadlifts on the strength day here since they would be on the pull strength day whereas on an upper/lower split, there is no pull day so they fit best on lower strength day. Rest times on strength workouts are generally 3-5 minutes and 1-2 minutes on hypertrophy days. Although I did not include abs here, these are the days where I’d recommend training them.

M.N 17 When I was at school and had a lot of homework or prepared for the main exams (ZNO) I could study all days of the week and make a break only for eating and sleeping for 6-7 hours. It was my first experience of hard working but not the last. I thought it was my maximum…but it was only start ahah...
When I entered a university, I knew almost nothing and I should studying a lot, especially drawing. At that time I could sleep for 4-5 hours per day whole semester or didn’t sleep 36 hours. It was not normal, my parents was angry but then they just get used with this. Even a neighborhoods ask me: ”Do u sleep sometimes?”. However, I just have the goal and nothing else matter. 
When I was choosing a future specialty, I even never drawing smth normally. I tell u story about my level of drawing before I started to study this seriously.  Our teacher gave as the task to paint our favorite fairytale hero. I of course wanted to draw one princess in the mirror. I drew a mirror( brown rectangle).. Its ok. But when I started to draw a princess…ohoh it was fiasco bro ahah. I did not lost and immediately corrected everything to a masterpiece of my childhood. “The Sewerage”. Emmm.. yea, but why not? I had good rectangle.. and other colored tubes. But u should draw a hero! I’m a designer, fashion is my profession. Years have passed and suddenly I wanted to study this. I didn’t know what it would be but I really wanted. I was just working and it make big changes. 
If u want something u should remember about this whole time. Remember who and where u want to be in this life. Remember whole time. Whole. Good luck. If u want, u can. Just do smth, no matter how or what said others, u should believe and study hard. It’s like your strength inside.

When doing bent-over barbell rows, it is important that you don't go too heavy. Too many times I see people pulling the bar with their whole body. This usually means that momentum is doing the work, not the muscles. -
Focus on getting that bar as close to your waist as possible. If performed correctly, the lats will definitely get a nice pump. .
