🔹Na correria do dia-a-dia, acredito que não damos muita atenção a coisas como essas.
Entretanto pequenos hábitos como esses, aparentemente insignificantes, são exatamente os que trazem mais significado e sentido para as nossas vidas.
Podem ser coisas bem triviais e simples, como ouvir alguém que naquele momento necessita conversar, ajudar um deficiente físico ou um idoso a atravessar a rua, deixar uma pessoa que está com muita pressa passar na sua frente na fila do supermercado. Já reparou como isso faz com que nos sintamos tão bem, por menor que seja a ação praticada?
🔹Com o tempo, começaremos a sentir a necessidade de fazer coisas maiores, mas de início, coisas mais simples são melhores pois nos ajudarão a formar o hábito e a não desanimar diante das primeiras dificuldades.
🔹E então: o que pretende fazer de bom hoje?

Bro tip: Keeping your t-shirt half on to take a swolfie allows you to take a #swolfie quickly therefore not loosing your pump. First time using @redcon1 total war preworkout a sample I got from @gympower_uk tasted nice and felt like I’d been slapped in the face with a handful of beta alanine so what’s not to like 👌🏼
Why do you workout?
The answer isn’t the same for everyone and there are so many different styles of exercise and really there isn’t a right or wrong way to do it!
My workouts aren’t for everyone, so find what’s going to keep you going 💪🏽🔥 I enjoy weird shitttt, hard tingssss that your body is like no bitch we ain’t doing this 😂 but I make it 👊🏼 Goals for 2019 be able to do an unassisted pistol squat, maximize core strength (that side plank on the tire tho ☠️) do a muthafucken pull up... I workout to be able to do things with my body that are hard AF, sometimes heavy, sometimes cardio and most of the time a mix of everything thasss my 💩
Can’t squat and deadlift right when volume was ramping up because of this SI joint pain 🤠🔫 Taking some time to treat this...hopefully I’ll still be okay for April 7th #broken

Guten Abend Freunde des schweren Eisen!
Ich hoffe, dass euer Wochenende nach Plan verläuft. Bei mir stand vorhin die zweite #Pusheinheit diese Woche an. Das #Training lief gut, nur leider fehlte es heute etwas an #Motivation. Aber auch solche Tage muss es in der #Diät mal geben. Passend dazu mal ein Bild aus meiner #Vorbereitung letztes Jahr. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt war mit mir wirklich nicht mehr viel anzufangen.. Um so einen Zustand zu vermeiden und unter der Berücksichtigung, dass es sich bei meiner momentanen Diät nicht um eine #Wettkampfvorbereitung handelt, habe ich beschlossen, in einem regelmäßigen Abstand #Refeeds mit in den #Ernährungsplan einzubauen.
Morgen steht dann also zum #Pulltraining zusätzlich eine große Portion #Carbs auf dem Programm.

The faces I pull on this just shows how much I hate cardio🙃 I’ve recently started doing HIIT just to get cardio out of the way, I hate running or any cardio because of my asthma, it just makes me feel really weak when I can’t breathe😂 but doing the 30 second intervals for me means I don’t have time to think about all of that or how boring cardio is. I do 30 seconds on speed of between 16-20mph (depending how much energy I have that day) then rest for a minute or two, repeated until I can’t do it anymore😬
