If you aren’t sure if you are performing something correctly, record yourself! It helps to see what you need to fix! If you aren’t sure how to do something, you can look up credible YouTube videos and watch

4️⃣ You don’t have to spend 2+ hours in the gym

I know it seems like you need to spend a ton of time in the gym to see progress but you don’t. Quality over quantity! Focus on your form, push yourself w/ the weight you use, and keep it intense

first of all started with “mother nature” making a shocking appearance. yeah cheers for that! then a M I G R A I N E decided to make an entrance and for those that suffer from them too know how much they knock it outta ya for a few days! then now, im left with an illness that resulted me being sent home from my first job (nursing home!) 🤕 i honestly feel so drained, tired and everything hurts and aches! get me H O M E!

as for working out tonight i think im going to give it a miss. i worked hard yesterday, it was L E G D A Y and my god can i feel it today! worth the pain though and i am getting back into my usual weight PBs i got before i had my op. also took my sister with me and i am so goddamn P R O U D of her!! she’s pushing herself and i can see the strength really starting to show through - proud of you mate! 💜 @grumpybitchx -

Are you completely out of shape and have been trying everything but it dont work? Heres the solution! What happens is the idea of caloires in & calories out is like Einstein's theory of relativity as they are both correct but incomplete. Typically when your uneducated and out of shape you tend to think i eat less ill lose weight! Wrong. What has happend is your hormones have fluctuated for the worse and unfortunately less lean mass makes it extremely difficult to lose weight. What you should do is eat normal for a week and write down everything and its only you that sees it so if you eat candy all day write down what and how much. You can then figure out from reading lables and researching online what your macro count is. To fix your metabolism what i suggest you do is for example your macro count is 200 of protein, 400g of carbs & 140g of fat, 3660 cal, every 2 weeks you will drop down 200calories while training safely untill you reach your goal! Rememeber train safe and be patient!
